چکیده
Abstract Introduction The most frequent cardiac primary tumors are Mixomas, typically being located in the left atrium. They usually incidental findings, but probable symptoms include constitutional syndrome, syncope, congestive symptoms, or embolism. diagnosis is based upon clinical imaging tests (with TEE test of choice) which define characteristics chosen treatment, surgery. Discussion We describing pluripathological due insuffciency, so differential must thromboembolisms, valvulopathies pulmonary hypertension. can be explained relation Mixoma IL-6 could caused hemolyisis tumor. After two years no further appeared, evidence where it had been seen tests.

متن کاملI-49: Doppler Study in Female Pelvic Tumoral Mass

Tissue characterization is possible with gray scale but Doppler study is quite necessary and considers as complimentary method. Most of the time, it should be performed in vaginal US exam. Existence of vascularity and al...

The typical patient with this condition is male, Asian, and in the fourth decade of life. This case is unusual in that the patient was a 26-year-old Caucasian man.

A 26-year-old patient with a voluminous primary pulmonary hemangiopericytoma in the right lung, diagnosed through previous surgical biopsy, presented irreversible cardiac arrest during the hilar dissection portion of a right pneumonectomy. The patient did not respond to resuscitation efforts. Autopsy showed total obstruction of the mitral valve by a tumor embolism. In cases of large lung masses...
